SWEDISH WHIPPED CREAM COOKIES
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ pt. whipped cream
  • 3 to 3-1/4 cups flour
  • egg whites
  • granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. Whip the butter and sugar until it is fluffy. Fold in the vanilla and whipped cream. Add flour. Chill dough. Then roll out to ¼ inch thick. Cut like small doughnuts. Dip in slightly beaten egg white and then in sugar. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
