BUTTER COOKIES
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ tsp.salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 4¼ c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Mix lightly. Drop portions from tip of spoon onto greased baking sheets. Flatten cookies with back of spoon. Bake in moderate oven for 12 minutes.
