CATHERINE’S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

CATHERINE'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
 
Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Lipton Dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
Instructions
  1. Cook broccoli and lima beans as directed on package. Mix well and spread on bottom of greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. In a bowl, combine mushroom soup, sour cream, dry onion soup mix, and water chestnuts. Layer on top of vegetables. Melt margarine and add Rice Krispies. Add on top. Bake 30 minutes, or until bubbly, at 350 degrees.
