CHINESE HAMBURGER

CHINESE HAMBURGER
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • ½ c. raw rice
  • 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
Instructions
  1. Brown hamburger in 2 tablespoons of oil or butter until crumbly. Add all ingredients; mix well. Put in greased casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover. Bake 30 minutes more. Spread can of Chinese noodles over the top. Bake 15 minutes more.
