CHOCOLATE APPLESAUCE CAKE
Ingredients
- ½ c. oleo
- 1½ c. sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1½ tsp. soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 can applesauce (2 c.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
TOPPING:
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- ½ cups chopped nuts
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix in order and put in 9x13 inch pan. Put on top 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 cups chopped nuts and one (16 oz.) package of chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
