DAD’S SWEDISH MEAT BALLS

DAD'S SWEDISH MEAT BALLS
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ lb. ground beef
  • ½ lb. ground pork, lean
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • ¾ c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. grated celery
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. allspice
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Dissolve bouillon cube in a little water. Soak crumbs in milk. Mix all together and form into small balls. Fry in butter until brown. Drain and make gravy on the frying grease.
