ELEGANT SCALLOPED CORN
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • ½ c. chopped celery
  • ½ c. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Instructions
  1. In bowl, mix cheese, corn, cracker crumbs, celery and onion. Stir in eggs, milk and melted butter or margarine; mix well. Place in 2 quart casserole dish, well greased. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
