  • 2 egg whites
  • ¾ c. sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Grease two large cookie sheets. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff in small mixing bowl. Beat as you add sugar until whites are thick and heavy. Add salt and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheets. Place on second and fourth shelf in oven. Oven should register 350 degrees. Turn off heat and leave until morning. Makes about 2 dozen.
Notes
