FOUR-STACK CHOCOLATE LUSH
Serves: Serves 12-15.
Ingredients
- 1½ c. flour
- 1½ Tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick softened margarine
- ½ c. pecans, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2-3/4 c. milk
- Pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Mix together flour, sugar, margarine, and pecans. Spread and pat mixture into 13x9x2 inch Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Put in refrigerator to cool.
- Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 c. Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over first layer. Put in refrigerator to cool.
- Mix together pudding mix and milk. Spread this mixture over second layer. Top with Cool Whip to cover and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
