HAM SOUFFLE

HAM SOUFFLE
Serves: Serves 6-8
 
Ingredients
  • white bread slices
  • 2 c. grated cheese, plus a little more for top
  • 2 c. chopped ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • fresh chopped green onion (optional topping)
Instructions
  1. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Line with slices of white bread. Cover with grated cheese and chopped ham.
  2. Beat eggs. Add dry mustard, mushroom soup, and evaporated milk. Pour over cheese, ham and bread mixture. Add grated cheese on top. Fresh chopped green onion may be added to mixture, if desired. Refrigerate overnight before baking at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
