LEMON BARS

Ingredients
  • ¾ c. butter or oleo
  • ⅓+ c. powdered sugar
  • 1½ c. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • ⅓ c. lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a 9x13 inch pan, mix the butter, ⅓ c. powdered sugar, and flour. Work together like pie dough. Pat down evenly in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat 3 eggs until thick & lemon colored. Add the sugar, 3 tbsp. of flour, and lemon juice. Mix and pour over first mixture. Bake 25 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
