MACARONI OVERNIGHT SALAD

MACARONI OVERNIGHT SALAD
Serves: Serves 10-12.
 
Ingredients
  • 1 box ring macaroni
  • 1 sm. can pineapple, drained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 med. size can of fruit cocktail, drained
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • ½ c. juice from pineapple & fruit cocktail
  • 1 cup whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni. Cool and combine with pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows, and fruit cocktail.
  2. DRESSING:
  3. Cook in double boiler the eggs, powdered sugar, and juice from pineapple & fruit cocktail. Stir constantly until thick. Cool and pour over fruit and macaroni mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Add whipping cream, whipped, before serving.
