REFRIGERATOR PANCAKES

REFRIGERATOR PANCAKES
 
Ingredients
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. soda
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg. yeast in ¼ c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
Instructions
  1. Sift dry ingredients (flour, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar) into large bowl; set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add in yeast and water mixture. Mix in butter flavoring, oil, milk and buttermilk.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir. Fry on hot griddle.
Notes
Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before using. Anna Larson
