SWEDISH WHIPPED CREAM COOKIES
Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ pt. whipped cream
- 3 to 3-1/4 cups flour
- egg whites
- granulated sugar
Instructions
- Whip the butter and sugar until it is fluffy. Fold in the vanilla and whipped cream. Add flour. Chill dough. Then roll out to ¼ inch thick. Cut like small doughnuts. Dip in slightly beaten egg white and then in sugar. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
