ZESTY SALAD
Ingredients
- 1 sm. pkg.lemon Jell-O
- 10 large marshmallows
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ c. diced celery
- 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
- ¼ c. salad dressing (e.g., mayo or Miracle Whip)
- ⅓ c. grated American cheese
- ½ c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. cream, whipped
Instructions
- Dissolve Jell-O, marshmallows, and water on stove until melted. When partially set, add remaining ingredients. Mold.
